Payment Method
SOOS.io subscriptions can be paid by credit card or an ACH transaction. Trials will be converted to paid subscriptions when the checkout process is completed. Invoices for subscriptions that are submitted before the end of the free trial will be charged the day after the free trial period has ended.
To make a payment, access the Billing page under the user dropdown in the navigation menu at the left of the screen. Selecting Billing will direct to the SOOS Plan page. After completing the selections, click Checkout to access the payment processing entry form. Select the desired payment method, enter the required information, and select Start trial to save the entry.
If no changes to plan selection are required, but changes to the saved payment details are needed, select View/Update Billing in the top right corner to navigate to the Billing page to view the payment history and make changes. If a change in the plan subscription by adding or removing upgrades and/or switching between monthly and annual billing cycles is desired, it can be done here. The account will be pro-rated appropriately.
Please note that the address shown in the Email field will reflect the address listed in the Administration section of the Organization page; this address will receive all billing notifications. This includes (but may not be limited to) invoices, billing issues, and cancellation notices. To change this address refer to the Email Notification Settings article.

SOOS Return Policy?

How To Open A SOOS Account?
To open an account in SOOS.io, follow these steps:
- Access the SOOS application at: [app.soos.io]
- Select Click Here to Register at the bottom of the sign-in form.
- If using Social Sign-on select the desired application, otherwise select Email Signup.
- Follow the directions associated with the chosen option and click 'Create' to complete.
- Agree to the Terms of Service
- Optionally: Enable Usage Analytics
Once the account is created, users can log in to the SOOS dashboard by going to [app.soos.io]. Users can invite all of their team members to the new SOOS account by following instructions found in the Adding Users article. Note that whichever registration method is used, it will be required to use this same method in the future each time users log in.
Remember, email addresses must be unique and cannot be reused within the same SOOS account or across different accounts. Select an appropriate permission level for the user from the User Role dropdown.
